Carolina’s Italian Restaurant

Carolina’s Italian Restaurant

Today 8/20/12
My mom, my grandma and I went to Carolina’s.
It is a little hole in the wall with so much on the inside.  It’s  homie, friendly and very nice. With Murals on the walls of Italy and the roof has a very nice mural of the sky. The Service is very nice, fast and courteous. You can tell the owner cares about the establishment because he meets and talks to all of the costumers and always has a friendly attitude.

Famous Dave's

Today 8-3-12
My family and I went to Famous Dave's it is a very fun place to go because of the knickknacks on the walls but it kinda feels like home.

Ok, the service was very good since it was very busy. The waiter was very prompt and they were very fast with the birthday song going every few minutes. The Atmosphere was very fun and easy going.
The food…… oh my word this was amazing!!!!!! (I mean seriously I’ve never had chicken so good.) The ribs are amazing  with the flavor. The beef brisket is sooooo good!!! The creamy coleslaw is so good, the famous fries are pretty good, the corn on the cob it so tasty, the muffins are to die for, and the chicken was amazing. ( I mean they are so tasty). The price is pretty fair for all the food you get.

The amazing thing is that it is for family’s because they serve family style. My family and I will definitely return.

 What we had:

All-American BBQ Feast
A full slab of Saint Louis style spare ribs, A whole roasted chicken, ½ a slab of either Texas beef brisket or Georgia chopped pork, creamy coleslaw, famous fries, Wilbur bean, 4 corn on the cobs and 4 corn bread muffins. Served family style for 4-6

Flappy Jacks Pancake House Restraunt.

Today August 2, 2012
My grandma and I went to Flappy Jacks.
This is a family oriented place it has a very nice atmosphere which is kid friendly. It’s also a good place to catch up with your friends. Only serving breakfast and lunch their hours are 6am to 3pm daily. The establishment was very clean and nostalgic. You have to get there early because they fill up fast. In this restaurant you will find friendly people, and murals and pictures of Elvis, Marilyn Monroe and others.

The price is fair considering the amount of food you get and the quality. They give senior discounts all you have to do is ask. They have good food and lots of it. The service was very nice and the servers were very attentive and very good with the check-ups on us.

And now the food, which the food came to us hot and steaming and was very good since they were very crowed today. The 2+2+2 my grandma had was very good and she says she would order it again. The steak and eggs were amazing and juicy and just really good.
